With the invisible fixed brace Incognito Lingual System, the brackets are cemented on the inner sides of the teeth. They are completely invisible from the outside. 

Both the brackets and the arches are constructed individually for every patient. After a digital tooth model has been produced, the brackets are optimised in the computer for each individual tooth and then cast in gold.

This sophisticated treatment technique 100% fulfils all aesthetic expectations; it does, however, require a time of 7-10 days adjustment, as in the initial stage the tongue has to get used to the brackets on the insides of the teeth. But after a short time the sensations become less noticeable and the aesthetic advantages of this sophisticated appliance predominate.
